do I reserve/ book my hotel room ? |

The reservation process we have established is very simple.
If you want to book hotel(s) for your desired destination(s),
you first "Become
a Member" of our reservation system. Its Free !!!
Than Search your hotel for your destination, fill the reservation
form, add it to "Booking Basket". If you want to
book another hotel(s) for another destination Search again
and add it too the "Booking Basket". When you done
just click "Check Out".
As you "Check Out" our booking department get all
the details of your booking. We will conferm it as soon as
possible normally we will confermed it within 48 hours.
On your "Check Out" we will give you a "Booking
Tracking No." please write down your "Booking Tracking
No." for further reference.

| How do
I know my reservation/bookings is confirmed ? |
Our Booking Department will keep in touch with
you with your latest booking status and
your payment method, at your email account.
If the room(s) you request is available and we recive the full
payment of your booking, we will give you hard or soft copy
of "Confirmation Voucher" with details of hotels and
your booking details.
If the room(s) you request is not available our Booking Department
will suggest you the other hotel(s) with same or nearby hotel
class and room type and if you agree we will conferm that hotel(s)
for you. |

| What about
the special discounts ? |
| Member of Hotels Directory Of India get discounts
on hotel room tariff. It is our special "Internet Rates"
for our members. It is our hand-grease effort to provide our
members best hotels with best rates. |

| How do
I make changes to my reservations/bookings ?* |
| When you complete a booking and "Check
Out" we will give you a "Booking Tracking No.".
If you want to change or modify your bookings first login and
go to the "Booking Basket" section of our site, insert
the "Booking Tracking No." and make changes to your
booking. Please note Changes / Modifications are subject to
"Booking
Terms". |

I cancel the reservations/bookings I have made ?* |
| Booking cancellation is very simple, fill our
Cancellation form and we will cancel your bookings. Please note
Booking Cancellation is subject to the "Booking
Terms". |
