Cost
Includes :
- Daily Breakfast at all destinations.
- Accommodation on twin or triple sharing basis.
- Arrival & Departure transfers, excursions, sightseeing by one
non air-conditioned Jeep / Maruti Van.
Note :
1. Children below 5 years free and 5-10 years 50% of the package
rate.
2. Nathula Pass visit is on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
3. Destinations in the packages can be altered from the first ay
to last day keeping the number of days same.
The above cost does not include :
- Accompanying
Guide/Escort.
- Entrance fees at the monuments
- Meals not mentioned above.
- Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls,
drinks, tipping etc.
- International/Domestic flight tickets, visa fee, and any kind
of insurance.
- Airport tax. · Anything not mentioned in the itinerary
- Any increase in the govt. taxes.
Kindly Note :
1. Prices are quoted based on tentative itinerary given to you.
This is not the final itinerary. Our booking process starts on receiving
full payment in advance from you. We try our level best to maintain
the same itinerary given to you initially. However, it is possible
that at the time of booking (and especially during the peak season)
the hotel or the room category mentioned by us is full. In that
case we will give you an alternate hotel or an alternate room (higher
category or lower category). Change in costs, if any, will be intimated
to you and balance payable by you or to you will be paid by you
or refunded to you as the case may be.
2. Sometimes, we may also have to change the itinerary to accommodate
the bookings or for other logistic/operational reasons.
3. Our bookings are subject to the condition that this clause is
acceptable to you.
4. All schedules and other information are subject to change without
notice and to Government approval.
Tour Cancellation :
All notice of cancellation must be sent to via email or in writing.
Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
There is also no refund for services not utilised.
There will be a cancellation fee as under :
30 days prior to Tour departure date: 50 % of total amount.
20 -29 days: 75 % of total amount.
19 days and below including no show: No Refund.
