Cost
Includes :
- All transportation as specified.
- Meals as specified.
- Accommodation on twin sharing on even number of guests / triple
sharing basis on odd numbers of guests.
- In group package, rucksacks will be provided for the trek from
Govind Ghat onwards.
- In group package, accompanying escort will be provided.
The above cost does not include :
1. Personal expenditure, such as laundry, telephone calls, beverages
etc.
2. Any kind of travel insurance.
3. Any abnormal expenditure, arising due to road blocks or any type
of natural calamity.
4. Any personal poterage while on the trek.
5. Anything not specified in the itinerary.
6. Valley of flowers national park fees.
Kindly Note :
1. Accommodation in Ghangaria is very basic, as it is a very remote
place. Even electricity is erratic.
2. In GIT package, food will be served in buffet style everywhere.
No room service is available.
3. In economy GIT package, utensils have to be brought by the guest
for meals.
4. You will have to hire mules/ porters from Govind Ghat - Ghangaria
- Govind Ghat i.e. while going for the trek unless you are carrying
your rucksack yourself. Mules/ Porters are available in plenty.
Please do not bring suitcases but airbags/ duffel bags.
Important note :
1. Prices are quoted based on tentative itinerary given to you.
This is not the final itinerary. Our booking process starts on receiving
full payment in advance from you. We try our best to maintain the
same itinerary given to you initially. However, it is possible that
at the time of booking (and especially during the peak season) the
hotel or the room category mentioned by us is full. In that case
we will give you an alternate hotel or an alternate room (higher
category or lower category). Change in costs, if any, will be intimated
to you and balance payable by you or to you will be paid by you
or refunded to you as the case may be.
2. Sometimes, we may also have to change the itinerary to accommodate
the bookings or for other logistic/operational reasons.
3. All schedules and other information are subject to change without
notice and to Government approval.
4. Our bookings are subject to the condition that this clause is
acceptable to you.
Tour Cancellation :
All notice of cancellation must be sent to via email or in writing.
Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
There is also no refund for services not utilised.
There will be a cancellation fee as under :
30 days prior to Tour departure date: 50 % of total amount.
20 -29 days: 75 % of total amount.
19 days and below including no show: No Refund.
